Avalon Bookings Software

Avalon Bookings Software is a flexible administration bookings package and screen diary which includes, Customer Database, Invoicing and Management Reports, in an easy to use software package for the PC. All sorts of industries are currently using Avalon Bookings Software, such as:

Avalon WebDiary

The Avalon WebDiary is a hosted solution for making the data from Avalon Bookings Software viewable on the Internet.  The data can be kept up to date by scheduling regular uploads with the Avalon Extractor Utility.

Avalon WebDiary features

The Avon WebDiary currently has the following features:

  • Ability for public and staff to search for free resources.
  • Staff can view who has what resources booked.
  • Customer balances can be checked.
  • Display graphs and charts of resource usage and revenue income.
  • Ability to add additional notes to bookings.
  • Customization of booking table colours and display of resource order.

Note: Availability of features will depend on customer configuration and user access level.  The above feature list is based on version 0.0.98.
